This has quickly become one of my favorite places in Springfield. The space is gorgeous! As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed and comfortable. Ann is always so sweet and helpful. She takes time to get to know you personally as well. The sauna experience is so relaxing, rejuvenating, and stress free. I leave there with great energy. If you’re on the fence of trying it; just doing it. You won’t regret it!!

At Our Studio
You can find a few services. Our first service is the infrared sauna. Secondly, we think it pairs so well with massage. We have our first massage therapist. She goes by Bunny. She specializes in deep tissue massage and is a warm friendly person. You can schedule a massage with her by calling the studio.
We are now serving wellness drinks, from local, organic, vitamin infused coffee to protein shakes and herb infused drinks. We'd love for you to stop by and browse our selfcare products, gifts and grab a drink or after a sauna session, leave with one of our hydrating or delicious drinks that are good for you.
Lastly, our studio was made for gathering. We had you in mind when dreaming up this studio. We'd love to connect whether it is to host a girl's day, bridal party, team building event, or collaborate with other businesses around the area. Whatever it is, if it brings us health, wellness, or joy, we are here for it.
