I am the owner and the creator of Peace, Love and Sweat.

These two are my adorable children, Braxton and Briella,11 & 7 years old. They were there during the very late and long hours of getting the studio up and running. You may even see them at the studio time to time! 

 

Peace, Love and Sweat was dreamt up in 2020 from a long history of traditional sauna use and a newfound love of the infrared sauna. To me, the infrared sauna was invigorating. I purchased an infrared sauna for personal use, and I knew sharing my passion for infrared was something I had to do.

 

Peace, Love and Sweat was designed for you to enjoy the many health benefits from infrared sauna use, while enjoying a relaxing, peaceful, & safe space. I wanted a beautiful space to share all things that bring us wellness, peace and joy.
