Cold therapy or extreme cold water emersion has been around a long time. The Company, Plunge has made it very simple to enjoy cold water therapy! Some call it an ice bath! The two are very similar - we just don't need the hassle of ice! 

 

Our plunge is temperature controlled. It can go as low as 39 degrees and beneficial as high of 58 degrees. Check out our calender for set days and set temps. It is best to start out at a higher temperature, such as 152 degrees

Our plunge has chlorine and non chlorine products and runs 24-7 through a filter to keep it sanitized.We also change the water frequently.

What to wear 

A bathing suit is perfect. We expect you to wear a different bathing suit than the one you wear in the sauna if you wore one in the sauna first. Shorts and tank top works as well too. Again, wear clean peices of clothing. Not something you wore in the sauna
