Walk in's are welcome, but you may have to wait. Appointments are best! Calling ahead is great too.
If you are new to the studio, your first sauna session is $25. The discount is taken at the register. When you book a session, it will have you insert a card, but you are not charged until after your session in the studio and you can use any form of payment.
If you are bringing a guest to share your sauna, please insert in the notes how many guests will join you. We will get their info when you come for your session. It is an extra $15 per guest to share your sauna.
We offer packages and memberships as well. You will be able to read about them on on our Vagaro webpage.

Amplify 1

The Amplify is our more intense sauna session, potentially reaching 160 degrees. It offers chromotherapy, radio, and Bluetooth capability. Each of our saunas offer all 3 infrared spectrums, mid, near and far. The Amplify has additional dual heaters which are Sunlighten’s patented SoloCarbon far infrared heaters that send the high quality and high quantity infrared wavelengths that penetrate deep tissue.
This infrared sauna is perfect for one person.

The Mpulse is our more therapeutic sauna session ranging from 100-140 degrees.
The Mpulse is the only sauna to offer Wellness Program options. The 6 Wellness options are Detox, Weight Loss, Relaxation, Pain Relief, Anti-Aging, and Cardio, or you can customize your Wellness Program. The Wellness Program customizes the time, temperature and the infrared wavelengths.
This sauna also has a tablet to watch Netflix or YouTube. It also has a radio or BT capability.
This sauna is perfect for one, two or three people to enjoy together.

Each of our saunas have glass doors and the actual room has open ceilings for a roomy open feel.
Each sauna has a radio to enjoy or Bluetooth capability to listen to your own music or podcast.
Each sauna has Chromotherapy which is Color Therapy. You may choose a color or choose them all by choosing strobe, although there are different modes such as smooth and fade. We are here to help. Remember, you are able to opt out of the color therapy for a dimmer feel.
